Q: What is The UNDEAD CIRCUS?
A:The Undead Circus presented by Hallows Eve Inc is a walk through haunted house experience with live actors, props, fog, and special effects.
Q: Are there age restrictions?
A:The attractions are not recommended for children under the age of 10, however you know your kids better than we do so parental discretion is advised. There are no special prices for children and no refunds if anyone decides not to finish the haunts. There are many emergency exits throughout each attraction in case anyone gets too scared to continue.
* We offer neon wristbands at the door for those who wish not to be approached by our scare actors for free.
Q: Does The Undead Circus accept credit cards?
A:Yes, our box office accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Q: Do we offer offer group rates?
A:Group ticket sales must be arranged in advance. Tickets must be purchased in one transaction and then distributed to the group. To arrange for group tickets, please email your request to email@example.com – in your email, please include your name, contact information, date of visit, and size of group. We will then contact you to make arrangements.
Q: How long does it take to go through all attractions?
A:That depends on many factors; you go through at your own pace so the length of experience varies from group to group. On average 15 to 20 minutes.
Q: Is there a way to avoid the lines?
A:Yes you may purchase a VIP ticket. This ticket will allow you to skip the line and company tee shirt! VIP tickets are available online and at the door.
Q: What sized group can enter at the same time?
A:Our attraction is designed for groups of 6 or less. Larger groups will not be allowed in together. If your group is larger than 6 people, it will be split and admitted in multiple groups. More than 6 people in a group may ruin the experience for your group. Catching up with the group in front of you should be avoided at all costs. Groups with less than 6 people may make the attraction more intense.
